As for your assertion that my "real name is not common knowledge around here", I seriously, seriously beg to differ. Numerous people here have referred to me by name on this board, clips from news and other television programs of me have been posted here, and I do have a public image within and without the LGBT community. Libel is defined as making a harmful, defamatory, and false statement about someone in writing, which is exactly what OBS is doing here. I can't imagine his words to be construed by anyone as anything else. |
