The Democratic Party will continue to put the best candidates forward regardless of ethnicity or gender.

The republicans put up mediocre candidates based on ethnic background or gender in order to pretend to be inclusive, but they want weaker people overall so they will be controllable and do the oligarchy's bidding... this goes down to the local level.
