It's a PROTEST action in a PUBLIC place, designed to raise PUBLIC awareness about the issue.


Wrong - - place is PRIVATELY owned whom the owner has the right to set hours of operation. If the place closes at night, for example, then how can it still be a public place when it's closed? If you enter the place on PRIVATE PROPERTY, unauthorized and when it's closed then you are TRESPASSING.
