They ONLY have the right to political speech, as in funding a PAC, per Citizens United which can still be legislated out of existence or overturned by a saner wiser court.Corporations exist as a liability hedge. Before their time, the owners and board members were personally responsible for their actions and could be busted broke with mountains of debt. They do not require "rights". Rights can only be conveyed to individuals. That's where SCOTUS got it wrong. |
