Whatever you have comes from a strong family background, determination and intelligence.none of that would have mattered if I were black or female or gay or worse yet, all of the above. I'd have had to work twice as hard for the same results. It's sad that you cannot see this. It is only in the US Army that I've witnessed true equality (except against the gays) without discrimination. it's only in the Army where true merit and failure trumps race, gender or religion and now sexual orientation. |
