I haven't heard one servicemember tell me that we won anything there. Your definition of victory must be different than theirs. What happened under Bush was that we had lost Afghanistan while inflicting financial and human misery upon ourselves in the Halliburton War. Bin Laden laughed. Our country went bankrupt.
