Yes, but he left and so problem solved. :)

F3 was a designation for a particular cell. If you use the first Wunderground radar that I linked to (the long one) each storm cell gets a designation, the TVS signature in question being labelled "F3" ... NWS will go and look just south of Malta in the morning to determine whether or not it was actually a tornado though eyewitness accounts saw rotation on the ground, it ain't real until they photograph the damage patterns. We rarely get anything above an EF1 around here, but they can lift roof.

The bigger ones were out west just east of Binghamton earlier. Those were already confirmed.
