You need a sticker to park at HC and not so in the additional elderly spot. It's just a courtesy spot that we all observe.

Okay I understand. That makes sense, and would be something to observe, just like the pregnant mom spots at Stop N Shop.

No way I am "observing as a courtesy", some assinine "Reserved for fuel efficient vehicles" (whatever that may mean) sign however.
