Having read the article, it appears that the black marketeer was someone involved with AIDS patients,not the patients themselves.So it appears that there is a black market in these steroid based AIDS drugs, but it isn't the infirm themselves selling it on the street, as you,Luch characterized. That was one hateful characterization of AIDS sufferers. The problem actually is opportunistic profiteers that would take access to needed medicine from the sick to their profit on the street. |
