So given the number of scandals and criminals involved, isn't it time you think to defund these over-financed programs and focus on education instead? It's well known that athletic scholarships don't produce scholars. Sports in colleges used to be about students' leisure time activities. Let's get a little focus here. Suspending a sports program doesn't ruin a school. These schools all need to focus on education and lesson sports profit. |
