I always thought that the NCAA should punish the individuals that were involved as opposed to the programs as a whole. When there was the whole Reggie Bush issue with USC, Bush was in the NFL and Pete Carroll bolted and went to the NFL, but the school was punished for actions that weren't related to anyone on the team (I believe the AD also changed). |
