But lots of crimes happen for which there is never a trial or conviction. If someone is robbed and the perp is never caught does that mean she was never robbed? If someone was killed and the perp never caught does that mean the murder never happened?

There were at least two women who filed complaints that they were raped/molested at the encampments which means that it is more likely than not that something did happen. The "Whodunit" awaits to be determined.

bingbong states emphatically that nothing happened besides the robbery and death by natural causes. How can she be so sure?
