It's called codification. There were societies that did have sex with their close relatives. Egyptians ate pork and trichinosis was endemic.If completely secular people would study the Bible and ask about the origins of its teachings, they might learn a lot. They think they can only learn from reading philosophy; well religion IS philosophy. |
