Clinton lowered taxes on cap gains and estates.When he lowered cap gains, the economy improved. Not to be outdone, Bush lowered cap gains some more and it worked again. I think Bush lowered cap gains too much, but I don't own stocks. Those that do would tell me to STFU. |
