Not in roughly 45% of the country (abortion is unavailable in almost 75% of the country) affordably. Many insurance policies still do not cover contraceptives. For an underpaid population this is often unaffordable.Fortunately ACA will change this. Why all the opposition remains is beyond me. Not everywhere's like NY. |
