What part of this is real don't you get? He signed 13Ds. Not being completely straightforward about that act,dismissing it as some variety of formality isn't going to absolve him of felony perjury, should evidence appear that he did NOT actively manage Bain during that time.This isn't swiftboating. Swiftboating requires the quick transmission of lies. We don't quite know what we have here, but we do have something. It's sitting in the offices of the SEC. |
