Under Obamacare, I will have to buy insurance or pay a fine.You don't have to do anything. There is no fine and there is no mandate. Never was. If there were, the SCOTUS would have found it unconstitutional and five Justices explained why. Only difference is that in 2014 I'll pay a special tax for taking the risk. No you're not. Taxes are rising by 2.5% for everybody. What you are doing is turning down a tax deduction of equal amount plus more tax credits on top of that. This has been explained to you time and time again,most recently by Chief Justice John Roberts yet you continue to get your info from Hate Radio. |
