It was still THE major event that caused Kerry's downfall ... that wind surfing thing was his Dukakis in a tank. And hey ... all the republicans are pissed at him over that photo op too. Me? I could care.

But it's funny as hell.

And Clinton got blown by an intern. The Twin Towers got blown by a Bush. All things considered, give Bubba another one.
