Yes, that is a very valid case, but I am glad that this guy went with his basic moral judgement instead of simply worrying about covering his own ass.I think termination was way too excessive, but if I were in his position I'd feel better about helping to save someone's life than to be comfy in my job knowing that I could've saved a life but did not if, heaven forbid, the person didn't make it. |
