Nor can you think with any depth orcomprehend a simple context like this isn't the 18th crentury......Conscription is in the Constitution, it's written as "raising and army". It isn't my fault if you have no concept of context, nor comprehend the language of that day is not the same as the language of now as well as the fact that the modern consensus on that 18th century language is a military draft. |
