The exercise of certain rights, like that of a fair jury trial by one's peers, can only become reality through certain coercive and enforced duties like being forced to serve on a jury.Just like a professional or semi-professional juror force would not work, in times of incredible peril to our liberty and independence, a limited military force composed solely of professionals and other volunteers would also not work. |
