That must be why all the 'democratic' co-op non-profit apartments don't have many retirees living there?

Retirees? More like never worked or paid taxes a day in their lives. And they have nice apartments in Rego Park and Forest Hills co-op, free meals, free medicals, free ambulette for door-to-door service to the doctor. It's a scam.
