The court can only decide the cases it is presented. If there were any other RWers out there looking to destroy the one chance we've seen since Teddy Roosevelt first proposed nationalized medical insurance over 100 years ago they should have filed suit. They didn't. I don't know what issues anyone could have with ACA beyond those already decided. By and large, the policies within ACA are very popular.

Rand Paul's statement is as idiotic as they get. Even children understand the court's ruling is final. Plenty of Iranians would love to have a Nancy Pelosi legislating for them.
