They just ruled on the issue of the "individual Mandate". In reality, the entire law has not been judged by the Supreme Court so one could still believe that it could be unconstitutional.Justices Kennedy, Scalia, Thomas, and Alito voted to overturn the entire ACA. So they thought they were ruling on the entire thing. Anyone who thinks the Supreme Court will revisit the issue is dreaming. |
