You really want to assert a "3rd rate burglary" which didn't even result in any bodily injury as worse than this?Proff that it was deliberate? I dunno about you but just because a burglary doesn't involve bodily harm doesn't make it not a crime. If so, go ahead. I've won. You always claim victory. Because you're never around to see your interpretations smacked down :) Or you figure nobody will notice. |
