Hardly. The door has been left open to negotiate getting the committee what they need to investigate. The Justice Dept has shown good faith.This action reeks of political motivation, and doesn't seem to be a real issue of lack of cooperation, rather one of the committee overstepping to inflict political damage and create an unnecessary issue during the campaign. Obviously you know nothing about Nixon. Don't raise a spectre when you don't know what it's all about.
