OK, so you (not you literally) think it might be criminally negligent homicide?Then make a case against lower level people, to put the squeeze on them. You can be sure that those lower level people would then squeal that they were doing it under Holder's orders, if true. Why is that not happening? Because you can't make the case for criminally negligent homicide. So instead you rummage around trying to implioate Holder in stupidity. |
