Re-read the thread. We now have strong indications of executive complicity. EP would not apply without executive complicity in whatever is being investigated.My opinion is that the documents Issa wants pertain to conversations relating to the motive behind F&F. Those on the right are insisting that the entire operation was run as a means of allowing illegal guns to get into American criminal hands, spike the murder rate and create a political climate more favorable for gun control laws. If so, Holder could be charged with a crime in the Terry murder and it would destroy Obama's re-election effort. |
