Yes, regarding the tapes Court held that while executive privilege exists, the greater need to conduct significant criminal investigations overruled the need to protect executives from politically-motivated investigations by Congress. Watergate was just about a burglary and perjury, Fast and Furious is about murder, particularly one man named Brian Terry. |
