Of course, in places like Baltimore City where Democratic voters outnumber Republican voters 17 to 1. One BIG problem is not enough GOP voters to serve as Voter Judges (Two Judges are required, one DEM and one GOP at each poling place) and there is a lot of trouble today getting enough GOP Judges for each polling place. Many precincts wind up with two DEM Judges. |
