Get back to us when you understand how it works. A PC ("Press Conference") is a staged floor show with a script. Questions are invited at the *END* of the PC. A PO ("Photo Opportunity") is also a staged floor show with a script, but there isn't a "Q&A" ...Let's see if you can guess which one BOTH events were? You don't interrupt the floor show ... EVER.
