Italy is one of the rudest nations on Earth. They don't politely form queues when waiting for something, they don't tip, they pretty much don't give ground to anyone else. After the cruise ship debacle earlier this year I recall an in depth article on why the American and Italian passengers behaved so differently, but I lost the link. It documents the disparity of social customs well. |
