It's a lack of professionalism by the speechwriters and a lack of care by Obama. He should read all his speeches in advance with a critical eye.I still think it's nowhere near as bad as Romney proposing to send arms to Al Qaeda in Syria. That's a pure lie (because he wouldn't actually do it if he had the power to do it) put out for political advantage. |
