He wasn't charged in the victim's death and therefore a long sentence would have been unreasonable."But why was he then not deported back to India? That was one of the options that the judge could have imposed here. He has no remorse about his deeds and about the life of another HUMAN BEING. In the twitter he sent after he learns about the suicide, he says he would never commit suicide cause he LOVES MONEY. |
