No one is saying to say "$5.00 including tax".Your item is "4.99". You buy three of them, and then you also buy a 3.99 item, a 7.29 item, and a 5.99 item. Those numbers are then added up, and sales tax applied to that FINAL total. THEN it's rounded. There's no way to play with that final total, as that number will changed depending on how many items, and all the other different cost items in your shopping cart. I don't know what any of that has to do with "5.00 including tax". |
