She probably screwed up the entire case too. Due to pressure from people that don't believe in our country's "innocent until proven guilty" concept, and instead believe in "guilty until proven innocent" (except of course where the race of the person is minority, then they are on the other bandwagon), the prosecution jumped the gun, and charged him with Murder, which due to increasing evidence is seeming less and less likely to be able to be won. |
