On top of that, was he wearing a uniform or anything else that ID'd him as something other than some dude coming up out of the dark? I know from experience that guys play cop on the subway telling me there's no photography and threatening to take my camera. The cop in Philly who gave me a disorderly conduct citation was plainclothes and didn't identify himself as a cop, just started bullying.So if some Mestizo faced dude comes up to me in the nightime without a uniform or ID, I'm probably gonna tell him it ain't none of his business because I probably profiled him and thought "he don't look like no cop to me". your pal, Fred |
