I'm by no means an expert on the subject but we were taught when doing our "reasonable suspicion" training, that some of the side effects of marijuana can be panic attacks, hallucinations and even paranoia. Of course not all people exhibit these symptoms and some exhibit them without drugs but the use of a drug that can alter behavior might certainly be an issue that the defense will try to exploit. |
