That's untrue. Some people even have induced panic attacks under the influence of pot. There are many people that are "happy drunks", and there are ones that are "nasty drunks". The same is true for pot. Some people withdraw under pot into their own worlds, others get laid back, and others get panicky, other's lose inhibitions and get confrontational.
And yes, it can and does make people unreasonable.
