From the accounts that I have read , he most likely was not a bully, but a kid who was fully aware the he was daddy's little boy......in other words...he maybe was a spoil brat cause his father at the time was a Governor and felt like getting special treatment and getting away with alot misdeeds at school.The issue also falls on the upbringing of the child by the parents. If the child is not taught to be respectful of others early on in child development, then by the teenage years he'll have some inability to socialize among others that are different. |
