He'll lose that argument, as the prosecution has numerous photos of an uninjured Zimmerman at the police station, that night. There's no report from EMS at the scene that we are aware of either. THAT will put him away.Either there's a EMS report documenting injuries at the scene or not. THAT is what that entire argument come down to. A report from a family doctor the following day is meaningless. He could have very well inflicted those injuries (if there even were any) on himself that night. Given how the Sanford police have handled this whole thing, they're suspect of being complicit with the defense in this investigation as well. That's why it was kicked up to the state level. You're looking at this through a (I'll skip the racist tones behind your statement) guncrazed lens (so why do you live in NYC, where there's some modicum of gun laws?). You're willing to let a murderer walk on the flimsy evidence so far presented? You have no idea what the prosecution has behind their case either. |
