Do you have any evidence that:- Gangs of black hoodlums don't beat up black victims with equal or even greater frequency? - Urban gangs of hoodlums that are not black are better behaved than urban gangs of blacks? - That the media report similar crimes to a greater degree when the criminals and the victims are of the same race? |
