None of this information provides valid proof of anything beyond an altercation. The medical records from the day AFTER are meaningless. What about the claim of being treated at the scene? Where are *those* records? He could have self-inflicted those injuries in order to create an alibi. He looked uninjured in the police surveillance video, and would have had visible blood stains on his clothes if he had the kinds of injuries he claimed at that time. |
