You really make no sense here..on one hand you CLAIM you don't agree with his statement but don't agree about ANY FORM OF PUNISHMENT. Again...this person in a manager's position and has to deal with the public. If he really feels the way he does about minorities, he shouldn't be in this position of power to begin with....get it now?
