Why not? If Florida is a swing state, that I-4 region is where the battle will take place. It's a combustible mix of you know what kind of whites and you know what kind of minorities.

Just like Lake County Indiana changed that state in 2008 and Fairfax, VA changed that state in 2008. It usually comes down to a county or cluster of counties that can swing the entire election.
