The purpose of cutting someone's hair is to take away their personal identity.It was one of Pinochet's first orders with regard to Chile's HS and college students after he took power. It's Cultural Revolution type-stuff. This wasn't making fun of somebody's hair. This goes much deeper into what Willard M. Romney's personality and thinking is all about. |
