Of course Willard isn't IN high school any more. But that doesn't mean he changed.

The President may have done coke in college. Lots of people did back then. He hasn't touched the stuff since. People have the capacity to grow.

Well, *most* people.

There are those that cannot get past the schoolyard. They don't belong in positions like the President's, or even middle management.
