Why stop at Latin America? If Canadian PM Harper, British PM Cameron, French PM Sarkozy, Mexican President Calderon, and maybe even Putin/Medeyev got involved and told the two sides to make up*, it would be worth something. The fact that the mutual allies of the US and Cuba sat on their hands for 5 decades before getting hard on the matter saddens me.

The hijacking of US foreign policy by about .001% of the population in regards to US/Cuba relations is one of the key reasons why I am against this country. A summit or forced dialogue is LONG overdue.
