In this case, Obama is making real donations to charity. He takes the income from his books and gives it away, so he doesn’t have that income to use. And, it appears, he doesn’t get anything back.Compare and contrast, the socialites who give lots of money to the Opera Houses and Theaters in the big cities. They get board seats, invitations to special galas, etc, etc. Is that really charity? |
