Wait, my "no, not at all" actually was to disagree with the point that she should not speak because she is not in the workforce. She's certainly free to comment and share her point of view on anything. That's the beauty of the USA; that people cannot be persecuted just for speaking their mind.However, Ms. Rosen's point is that Romney, instead of going out and campaigning to the women to find out what THEY want, is just goign to his wife. That's nice and dandy, but if his wife isn't in the workforce actively seeking a position (and struggling to find and/or keep a job while raising the kids), she can share her opinion, but it shouldn't be the SOLE source of "what working women are feeling" that Romney should seek. |
